Booth and Display Case Information:
6 month contract - 6 month renewals
Store commission is 10% of first $1,000 in sales, 7.5% of next $4,000 in sales and then 5% of sales over $5,000
Credit card fee is 4%
Booth rentals - $2.25-$3.50 per sf per month depending on size
Dealer/artist work, office, storage and/or display space at $1.75 per sf per month with 200 sq ft minimum is available in "City Too"
Lighted/Locked display cases $55-$85 per month depending on size

Becoming a Consignor
We accept for consignment primarily furniture. Please call us to review your items or send us photos to our e-mail address at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer the following terms and conditions:
Consignment term is 4 months
Commission to City Antiques is 50% of final sale price
Items must be clean, in good working condition and not damaged
Initial sales price will be set with agreement by consignor
Initial sales price will be reduced by 20% each month - 1st month full price, 2nd month 20% discount, 3rd month 40% discount and 4th month 60% discount
Items not sold within 4 months must be removed by the consignor within 10 days after expiration of term. If not removed, the item becomes the property of the store.
Removal of a consigned item prior to 4 months will result in a charge of 50% of the discounted sales price in effect.
The store does not offer pick up service. All items must be delivered by the consignor or their agent.
